| Six panoramic photographs charting the first sunrise of 2008, as seen from Swansea Bay. These were taken on the 2nd of January, since the 1st day of the year was overcast. Unfortunately there was no visible sunrise or sunset in Swansea on January 1st. | |

These panoramas were taken with a Canon 400D. All are two shot panoramas stitched with PTGui. The original file sizes are 14-16 megapixels each. Most were taken with a telephoto lens, except for the last which is a very wide shot that shows Mumbles Head on the right hand side. |
