Wilderness Wales

Hirnant

Hirnant is a kind of no-man's land between the Arans and Berwyn, although in reality they're all connected and part of the same range of hills. The summits are low and not very dramatic, and the walking isn't easy either. The national park border more or less follows the summit ridge, so the north western part of this area is in the park and the south eastern part isn't.
